Second Course: Chopped Greens with Sweet Citrus Vinaigrette
Third Course: Smokey Brined Chicken with Spiced Raspberry Sauce, Candied Rum Pecan Wild Rice, Cognac Buttered Root Vegetables
Fourth Course: Molten Lava Chocolate Cake with Toasted Almond Cocoa Mint Semi Fredo
Each course will be paired with a Quincy Cellars wine.
