HISTORY | “Quincy” was the former name of a hamlet near the winery’s location in New York State. The name “Quincy Cellars” was chosen to honor the heritage of the community in which we operate. Further, the business delights in its presence in the larger community through active trade and philanthropic memberships.
FACILITY | Our retail area is located in a 130 year old three-story barn. The ample stone cellar serves as a unique tasting room leading out to a covered patio, while the main floor features a fresh, airy space for events. The twin lofts connect via a spacious catwalk and offer spectacular views of the vineyards. Added in 2011, a covered deck extends from the west end of the main floor, presenting more space for relaxing with a glass of wine or seating additional guests at your event. The latest addition took place in 2012. A spacious pavilion offering a distinct area for wedding ceremonies or special events.
With a full, commercial kitchen and a critical eye toward detail, we are enthusiastically capable of serving large or small meetings, weddings and special groups. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing talents and gorgeous venue with us on our wedding day. The entire event was straight out of a fairy tale and we loved every moment. The menu was the talk of the night since none of our guests had ever experienced surf and turf at a wedding before. Guests also raved about the wines and will be going back for their own. We will stay in touch and hope to have a private party or two in the future.

A beautiful winery in the middle of the Western NY-Lake Erie region. It is scenic and the wines are very nice.
We came here for a wedding and it was beautiful. The pavilion outside was a gorgeous location for the ceremony. The wine cellar made for a quaint and fun spot for the bar and cocktail hour. The upstairs was a nice intimate setting for the reception.
We had a great time at the wedding, and if we are ever in the area again, will definitely stop in for some wine tasting.

Dear Kevin and Amy,
We just wanted to thank both of you for the wonderful wedding reception last weekend. The food was fantastic. Our guests loved the appetizers as well as the meal!
Kevin, the cheesecake and toppings were excellent. Amy, thank you for assembling the “donut cake!”
I particularly wanted to thank all of you, including the “waitstaff, ” for all the hard work. Everyone worked efficiently…even gathering all of our “items” for a quick clean up on Sunday.
You exceeded our expectations.
Again, thank you!
Sincerely,
Nancy and Pat McKenna

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Quincy Cellars on October 4, 2014. Amy, Kevin, and everyone else at Quincy were absolutely incredible to work with! When we did our site visit, we knew instantly that this was THE place for our wedding. The open-air pavilion was perfect for our ceremony — it gave us the atmosphere of an outdoor wedding, but we still had protection from the elements in case it rained. The 200-year-old barn has so much character that it made our reception truly unique. It was so nice having our ceremony and reception all in one spot. We took advantage of the beautiful vineyard setting and took lots of stunning photos out by the grapevines and Quincy’s rose garden.
And, then there is the FOOD! My goodness! Kevin is an extremely talented chef. We were able to bring our parents to a tasting, where we tried a number of options for our big day. EVERYTHING was great and it was so hard to choose! Throughout the entire planning process, Amy and the staff at Quincy were so responsive whenever I reached out with a question, whether it was by phone or email. We really appreciated this because we were planning our wedding from a long distance! They were also very flexible with us whenever I came up with a last minute idea. For example, I spotted a fall cider sangria recipe on Pinterest and, when I asked Amy if we could have something like that before our ceremony, she made it happen!
We seriously can’t say enough good things about Quincy and are so happy that we chose them for our big day!

This winery was absolutely stunning. There was a wedding reception being set up for later the same evening that I visited, and it was breathtaking. The inside of the top floor of the winery looked like every rustic wedding picture ever pinned on Pinterest. I’m not really into that whole Martha Stewart wedding porn thing like a normal girl, but…I couldn’t help it – my ovaries still exploded when I walked in.
The wine itself is delicious. My favorite at this winery was their sweet Niagara white wine, but I enjoyed all of the wines I tasted at their generous tasting ($5 fee, but waived if you buy a bottle).

We enjoyed your Winemaker’s Valentine’s dinner again this year. The violinist was a welcome addition! The wines are so good paired with just the right foods. Vidal Blanc was a nice choice in a white wine.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Quincy on 11-11-11. It was an amazing venue. The food was fantastic, as well as the wine. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amy and the staff. She was wonderful to work with and was able to take my ideas and create a dream wedding reception!! It was a stree-free reception because Amy and the staff did everything to make it come together. Another great advantage to having our wedding reception at Quincy is the fact that we can go back and visit and enjoy the atmosphere and the wine. We went back on our first anniversary and it was such an amazing feeling.

We held our wedding reception at Quincy Cellars on June 30th, 2012 and could not have been happier. My husband had wanted a ‘rustic’ atmosphere for the event and I was not sure we’d be able to find it in the Erie area. But when a local winery recommended the barn at Quincy Cellars, we were blown away. It was EXACTLY what we were looking for!
Amy and Kevin were amazing to work with…and were totally on top of all details. The entire facility is gorgeous from the stone wine cellar, to the restored barn, to the new pavilion which we used as our dance floor.
I cannot say enough about how thrilled we were and how much all of our guests loved the venue!
We ended up naming our puppy Quincy after the best day of our lives. Thank you Quincy Cellars!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Quincy Cellars in August of 2012. My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and their incredible staff. Once deciding we wanted a rustic, vineyard venue there was nothing we found that even came close to comparing to Quincy’s.
The ground setting is a breathtaking backdrop (loads of photo opportunities!) and the lofted barn space is truly a blank canvas that can really be transformed to fulfill your own unique vision.
Kevin and Amy were so accommodating throughout the planning process. Amy is fantastic at providing insight and answers to any and all questions or concerns we had. She really goes above and beyond to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible, with your mind always at ease.
In choosing Quincy we were already familiar with their delicious food and wine, our guests however were blown away. After the wedding people were not only commenting on the beauty of the day and atmosphere but going on and on about the wine selections and gourmet fare. We even opted to do a wedding pie/cheesecake, (also made by chef Kevin) in lieu of a traditional cake-they were phenomenal!
Clearly, we are obsessed with memories of our day and could not be any happier. As an added bonus, Quincy has awesome events like their sippin sundays and winemakers dinners throughout the year- so you can return with your spouse and enjoy more fun times and relive your magical moments. We love you Quincy Cellars, thanks for making our wedding so spectacular! Abbey & Chris

Amy,
I would prefer to write you a nice note, but time keeps moving and I’ve not had a chance to get a nice card.
I wanted to say Thank you again. The Bridal shower we had at your facility was wonderful. Usually there is something that doesn’t work out, but I can say for certain, that not one guest or hostess saw a flaw anywhere.
From your graciousness to helping us move the “planned” site, to making us feel like the place was ours, it was wonderful. I know that we were served lunch and tables were cleared, but I never felt intruded upon. You and your staff were great. The food was delicious. And I mean everything, the sandwiches, the salad (and dressing), the dessert, the Sangria! And the facility and grounds are beautiful and we felt so comfortable. Good job, great people, great food. You will definitely make my list to refer anyone who wants to have a catered party. (of any kind) Kudos to all!!
